DIRK & AL LEAD POKER CHALLENGE!
PRESIDENT GREG "TAKES THE CAKE!"

President Greg, and his new found friend display the cake. (Evidently, the First Lady was not requested to pose for this photo by the President)
At the Walnut Creek Rotary Crab Feed this past Friday night, President Greg Grassi was the successful bidder on a "Tiffany" cake for desert. The President, who claims not to be partial to sweets, made his wife very happy by presenting her with the "box" to be cut. Congratulations Greg! You helped make the WCR fund-raiser a success!

INTERACT CLUB NOW "OFFICIAL"
Our club welcomed members of the Carondelet - DeLaSalle Interact Club to our meeting. The five members joining us included president Danielle DiDonato, vice president Matt Savage, treasurer Jenna Mendes, and two other members. All were very impressive, giving us a quick summary of their scholastic resume to date.

We delivered the charter for the Carondelet - De la Salle Interact Club at this week's meeting. Pictured here are Matt Chan, John Newman, members of the Interact club, and Greg Grassi. The club, which is now "official" has already been meeting, performed one service project -- raising over $500 for the "Light the Night" walk in Walnut Creek. Their next service project is to work off their "auction" prize from Raucous Bacchus, this weekend.
The club has about 25 active members. You can check out their web site at http://www.chsdlsinteract.com Thanks to all the hard work by John Newman to make this a reality!
